Telemedicine Care Management Program
For pets with chronic disease or for ones who are experiencing changes in their health or behavior, it takes time and support to understand your pet’s individual and unique needs and provide the most thorough care management. I believe in a holistic approach and explore all aspects of your pet’s health including nutrition, behavior, supplements, western medicine, and alternative approaches. I offer an exclusive plan that allows you to reach me via Video, Talk, Text, and Email to discuss all your pet’s care management and provide the support you need to take care of them.*
($360 for 3 months of unlimited communication - I will respond within 48 hours and often the same day*)

House Call Visits
For Telemedicine, I require an exam and that we maintain a Patient Client Relationship. Limited diagnostics and procedures also offered.
* I am not available for emergency calls. Please call your primary veterinarian or closest emergency clinic if you feel your pet is having an emergency.

Teleadvice Consult - $60
Concierge Telehealth Care Management - $360/ 3 months
60 Minute House-Call Exam - $110 + travel fee
30 Minute Follow Up House-Call Exam - $60 + travel fee

Eye - Fluoroscein stain and Tear Test: $45
Blood Pressure: $60
Screening blood and urine test: varies on tests
Fecal Microbiome Testing: $130
FMT (Fecal Microbiota Transplant) Enema: varies
